I am glad to hear you LOOOOOVE our home. I admit to being a little freaked out when your agent told ours that you’ve been “stalking” our house, but whatever. (We have dogs. BIG ones. Just sayin’.)
I have some questions:
1. Do you really think an offer that’s 20% lower than our already reduced asking price and that includes a sale-of-home contingency would have us jumping up and down clapping our hands with glee?
2. What are you smoking?
3. Can I have some?

This doesn’t sound so good. And double yikes! a home stalker? With an offer like that, clapping isn’t exactly what I’d be doing with my two hands.

You need some of whatever they’re smoking, after this much time. If they want it as much as “stalking” makes it sound, then they should act like it. Stare them down, woman. (They’re high, you have the advantage).

Maybe they’re just hopeful? Hell, I’d offer less than a lowered asking price if I thought there was the minutest chance of it being accepted. You never know how bad people want to sell their homes.

Man, I’ve never been on your end of the bargaining. This being our first house, we’ve only been the ones making the offers, not fielding them. Gotta say, not looking forward to that time.
You should counter for one dollar less than you priced it at. Ha! Make it a “Price is Right” process.

Also, I’m reading and so loving all your tweets. Sara Palin. I am in awe of her. In complete shock and awe that she might actually be a heartbeat away from running this joint. Scary times.
